October marks the start of the final quarter of the year. How are you getting on with your set targets? For one of our Australian-based clients who runs an immersive tech studio, 2023’s going to end on a strong note, thanks to our exceptional Workmate– Enki.
Enki is a Sales Executive Assistant and this month’s star of our Thank You, Workmate initiative. She’s mainly responsible for email sales, preparation of sales proposals and invoices, customer onboarding and retention, CRM management, and shipping and supply management.

“Learn to prioritize client requirements and requests. Timely replies greatly help in building rapport to eventually close sales.
My prior experience on CRMs also helped in optimizing information stored in our database. Instead of simply storing them and letting them sit idly, we activated the information and used them to target our sales better.”
