As Remote Workmate celebrates its 7th anniversary, we’d like to recognize our first ever Workmate who we still have the pleasure of working with today: Ethel. In fact, Ethel was the first Thank You Workmate we ever featured on the blog! We honor her today with the Service Excellence Award in recognition of her outstanding performance working with one of our clients for the past seven years.

Ethel works as an Advice Coordinator for a financial consultancy firm based in Australia. Her many tasks revolve around processing insurance applications, creating standard letters, handling client requests, dealing with immediate concerns, and growing the client’s overall profile. Ethel’s role allows the company to grow.
