Labour Costs:

These include the all expenses related to the salary of your virtual assistant. Base salary, taxes & benefits are all included for your virtual assistant. We will be transparent with these costs allowing you to compare each applicant we bring to you.

Facilities and Services Fee:

This fee includes everything else from office space, workstation hardware and software, internet connectivity, telecom, overhead support (HR, legal, finance, etc). It varies depending on what we’ll need to provide to your new employee in order to be able to deliver the expected work results.

Can I change my plan?

Yes, just contact us and we will cancel your current plan immediately, allowing you to sign up for a new plan for part time or full time employment.

Is there a long term contract?

No. Remote Workmate is a pay-as-you-go service. There are no long term contracts or commitments on your part. You simply pay month-to-month.

Are there per-user fees?

No. The prices you see above are all inclusive. 100 people or 10 people, the prices listed above are the same for everyone.

What type of payment do you accept?

Currently we accept PayPal only. At this time we only accept payments online so we will not be able to accept a P.O., invoice you, or take an order over the phone.
