Cost per month per Virtual Assistant = labour costs + facilities & services

Monthly Fees

  • Labour Costs: This includes the all expenses related to the salary of your virtual assistant. Base salary, taxes & benefits are all included for your virtual assistant. We will be transparent with these costs allowing you to compare each applicant we bring to you.
  • Facilities & Services Fee: This fee includes everything else from office space, workstation hardware and software, internet connectivity, telecom, overhead support (HR, legal, finance, etc).

Hourly Rates

If you require less than part time employment (80 hours) we can use an hourly rate to make employees available to get your projects / tasks done.

In our experience you should be able to save at least 70% when compared to hiring and housing an employee locally.

How does the 7 day money back guarantee work?

If you cancel a plan within 7 days of signing up you will receive your money back in full. If you do choose to cancel your account in the future you will never be charged again, but you are responsible for charges already incurred up until your cancellation. Refunds can not be issued after your initial 7 day trial and we don’t prorate for partial months.

Can I change plans at any time?

Yes, just contact us and we will cancel your current plan immediately, allowing you to sign up for a new plan.

Do I have to sign a long term contract?

No. Remote Workmate is a pay-as-you-go service. There are no long term contracts or commitments on your part. You simply pay month-to-month. If you cancel, you’ll be billed for the current month, but you won’t be billed again.

Are there per-user fees?

No. The prices you see above are all inclusive. 100 people or 10 people, the prices listed above are the same for everyone.

What types of payment do you accept?

Currently we accept PayPal only. At this time we only accept payments online so we will not be able to accept a P.O., invoice you, or take an order over the phone.

Labor Costs

Basically you pay for the services and time rendered by the staff we hire for you. Included in this cost is the respective tax deduction for every employee. The costs will vary with the staff’s skills and experience.

Staff Benefits

In a typical business set-up in the Philippines, it is the employer’s responsibility as well to process at least the basic benefits of the employees which includes health benefits, social security, and home development funding. The employer has a certain share of payment for these benefits.

Holiday Fees

The company observes the Philippine Holidays, and for every staff who is required to work on a holiday a certain compensation increase would have to be provided, which ranges from 30-100% increase, depending on the type of holiday.

Project Manager

We have in-house project managers who are tasked to handle at most 5 people handling similar projects. Project managers will also be the ones who will constantly communicate with the clients, making sure that all their needs are well communicated and delegated to the staff.

Project Management Software

Every client will have unlimited access to, our project management system. This is where the staff posts their daily outputs, and where you can post the tasks you want them to be accomplished.

Human Resource and Legal Services

In-house HR and Lawyer are hired to make sure that the operations of the company are in-line with the legal regulations of the city. They will also be responsible for objectively addressing concerns of the employees.

Technical Facilities and Infrastructure

Windows-based Computers, complete with Microsoft Office applications and internet connection. Basic Office Facilities like printers, fax machines, headsets, telephone lines, computer tables, UPS, etc.
