But rest assured –this is a Filipino’s key trait, as the warmth that they give is often genuine. They place a premium on building lasting relationships first, and this is highly beneficial when it comes to business transactions as well. A Filipino’s welcome approach and friendly gestures even when online attract a lot of investors, with primarily satisfying results.
A Strong Sense of Collectivity. With a growing global culture that encourages individuality above everything else, it is a wonder to see how Filipinos maintain their sense of collectivity. This value is demonstrated first in the Filipino family, where cooperation between and among members is taught considerably.
