This month, the spotlight shines brightly on Michelle, a Real Estate Virtual Assistant for a company in New Zealand.

Michelle is a relatively new hire and she made the transition from the previous VA “seamless”, according to her client.

We asked Michelle how she was able to slide right in and get her client’s attention right away.

She shares:

I clean out the email inbox completely and only keep urgent or “works in progress”

e-mails in it. Along with it, I organize the e-mail box with folders to quickly and

easily find things.I also respond to all emails within the day, even if I don’t

have the answer that they’re looking for, even just to acknowledge that I got

their email and am working on it.

I just started and so far, I have not been able to contribute any best practices yet but

in the future if it arises I may be able to contribute.
