She shares:
I clean out the email inbox completely and only keep urgent or “works in progress”
e-mails in it. Along with it, I organize the e-mail box with folders to quickly and
easily find things.I also respond to all emails within the day, even if I don’t
have the answer that they’re looking for, even just to acknowledge that I got
their email and am working on it.
I just started and so far, I have not been able to contribute any best practices yet but
in the future if it arises I may be able to contribute.
