We’re back with our first Thank You Workmate of 2022! We took a little hiatus but expect these to be back to its regularly scheduled posting of the first of every month.

We asked Celdy how she succeeds in her job and this was her wise answer:

My job has taught me to keep an attitude of determination and dedication. When I started with my client, I have zero idea about the industry he’s in but I focused on my tasks and sought opportunities to learn. These practices have helped me achieve higher output and do more than just the minimum requirement. I also learned that communication is vital. Whether it’s a win or a struggle that you have at work, always communicate things with your client. It eases the gaps and builds a positive environment.
