Miriam has this to say about her client and how she works:
I like it when Kevin is open and listens to suggestions. I feel comfortable
working and the environment is not stressful. The company is constantly
evolving and thus I feel empowered when I am able to take part of the
improvements. Best practices I could share is to have initiative. What I mean
by this is to constantly look for better ways on how to improve work quality
and efficiency, and sharing it to the company. Another one is be open to try
new tasks even if I don’t have experience to do it.
