As a CSR and Sales Support, she’s responsible for addressing customer concerns via phone and email and assisting with sales-related tasks. She promptly resolves order-related issues such as returns, exchanges, refunds, and shipping. Keeping customers happy, she adds value to the customer experience and helps maintain customer retention.

So how does Maryann do it? We asked her about her best practices that help her succeed in her job, and this is what she shared:
“I make it a habit to record all of my transactions. It comes in handy when the need arises. I also make my own cheat sheet where key details on products and processes are noted. It serves as my guide and aids me well in complex transactions or situations.”
She also shares a bit of her wisdom:
“It’s ok to make mistakes. It’s not a sign of weakness; thus a crucial part of growth and improving yourself. Reach out if you must and be open with your struggles. Also, be grateful for every opportunity and task that comes your way. This proves your client trusts you, so don’t take it for granted and do your best to deliver.”
