Francis has been working in the Customer Service industry for over 13 years. He handled roles in telemarketing and customer service, and worked his way up to being a Team Lead/Operations Manager in one of the largest BPO/Call Center companies in the Philippines, where he held the position for 7 straight years. He was also a Real Estate and Assistant Property Manager for U.S.-based clients, during which he was responsible for all tenant interactions and the administrative functions of the business. This included managing tasks for new clients and listings, data entry, uploading of marketing photos and virtual tours, and preparing comparable market analyses, property management agreement contracts, addenda, rent reports, and more.
