1. Dedicated Staff

How It works

Our most popular service. Hire one or more dedicated staff that only works for you and your business we take care of all management of your staff.

  1. To get started visit or plans page and click on “Dedicated Staff”. This will direct you to the payments page.
  2. select one of 4 plans. 40 hours or less, 80 hours 120 hours or 160 hours.
  3. Once you have signed up you will automatically receive an email with a short questionnaire on your staffing needs to help us find the best staff for your project.
  4. Our HR team then gets to work to find the best candidate for you and your project and get them started as soon as possible.
  5. We test all candidates with an English test, check their home office/workspace, background checks and anything else to get them started.
  6. We then also assist in daily management of your new virtual assistant to make sure they keep a high level of quality.

2. Recruitment Only

How It works

Let us do the recruitment for you to hire your Virtual Assistant directly.

  1. To get started visit or plans page and click on “recruitment only”.
  2. This will direct you to remote staff recruit our dedicated site for recruitment only services.
  3. From here you need to sign up for our recruitment service on the site.
  4. Once you have signed up you will automatically receive an email with a short questionnaire on your staffing needs.
  5. Our HR team once again then gets to work to find the best candidate for you and your project and get them started as soon as possible.
  6. Once again we test all candidates with an English test, check their home office/workspace and everything else to make sure they are a good fit for you and your business.
  7. We will then get back to you with 3 candidates so you can select the best staff that feeds your needs.
  8. You then take it from here, making salary negotiations, payment methods, shift times benefits and so on.

3. DIY Service

How It works

Use our Philippines based job site to get your own Virtual Assistant at the lowest price possible.

  1. To get started visit or plans page and click on “DIY Service”.
  2. This will direct you to VirtualJobs.ph our online philippines dedicated job website with thousands of resumes online to choose from.
  3. From here you need to choose the best plan that suits you and your hiring needs.
  4. Once you have signed up you can start posting jobs and searching resumes on the system to contact possible candidates that fit the position.
  5. Once you find the best staff you then need to make all salary negotiations, payment methods, shift times benefits and so on.
