  1. Need someone to update and connect me to social media. I have a website but think I should look for something new and then implement a lead generation system into the website and have it updated with current content constantly. I had an assistant for 8 years but she left to go back to college recently, I’ve been trying to manage by myself . I need help. I am a top producer and I need to concentrate on generating leads and booking appts, need help with that too. Also need a marketing assistant to produce and mail post cards, create brochures etc. Can any one company do all that and I would want to work with the same person all the time. Thanks Beth

  2. I am located in the United States.
Do you work with people in the US?
I am a real estate appraiser and I need some to input (data entry) information into large forms. I will be providing the forms from the manufacturer.
Do you think know someone who can provide this service?
And of course, what are the fees involved.

  3. I have a friend who hired a Filipino VA and he’s super happy he hired him. The VA is also pretty savvy using ACI, MLS sheets, Zoho software. I was always wondering how much would a VA like this cost me?

    • The cost for a real estate virtual assistant starts from $6-7 USD/hour. This rate will get you a highly experienced VA who has the experience of handling multiple tasks on your local market. Also, with us you’ll only pay for the hours your VA is working on the tasks you delegate.

  4. I need the services of real estae virtual assistant services. some of what is mentioned in this blog. please let me know how I can hire a Philippines virtual assistant.

  5. I would like to know more about your VA services for Realtors. I did see that the VA’s are between $6 and $7 per hour. Are there any upfront fees? If so what do these cover?

I look forward to hearing from someone soon.

  6. They can also respond to free homeowner valuation requests from Homing In and maybe get the agent a listing. That would make the VA very valuable to the agent.

    Its a free platform.

  7. So many great ideas here! I’m ready to use this information to take me to the next level. I’m adding your page so I don’t miss your next great article.
